Minecraft:Cherry Grove

Template:Infobox biome A cherry grove is a Minecraft:mountain slope and plateau biome similar to Minecraft:meadows, filled with Minecraft:cherry trees.

Generation

Cherry groves generate on the slope of Minecraft:mountains, standalone on plateaus, or as valleys inside mountain rings, in the medium temperature zones. This allows for a wide variety in shapes and terrain; they can often generate as "microbiomes" of only a few blocks wide; as plateaus stretching hundreds of blocks; or a thin slope surrounding massive mountains. Cherry grove biomes can also form mountain rings on their own.

On the valley side of cherry groves, they border Minecraft:sunflower plains or Minecraft:plains, while they border Minecraft:frozen peaks and Minecraft:snowy slopes on the mountain side. They can border Minecraft:meadows or Minecraft:savanna plateaus when the temperature changes, and Minecraft:forests and Minecraft:groves when humidity increases.

Rarely, cherry groves can also generate in cold temperature zones and border Minecraft:ice spikes.

Mountains with cherry groves are often separated from Minecraft:meadow and Minecraft:jagged peaks mountains or Minecraft:flower forests by Minecraft:rivers or dry valleys.

Description

Cherry groves have a lush green grass color with a slight arid tone. The ground is covered by more Minecraft:short grass, Minecraft:pink petals, and some Minecraft:tall grass. The main environmental features of the cherry grove are Minecraft:cherry trees identified by their pink leaves. Their leaves drop many petal Minecraft:particles in the atmosphere. Minecraft:Bee nests with Minecraft:bees generate somewhat commonly on the sides of cherry trees. The cherry trees can generate densely enough to create a cover of leaves.

Just like in meadows, Minecraft:emerald ore can be found here, especially at higher altitudes, and both coal and Minecraft:iron ore are commonly found here. Minecraft:Infested blocks also naturally generate in cherry groves. Minecraft:Villages cannot generate here, but Minecraft:pillager outposts can. Template:IN, unlike most Overworld biomes, Minecraft:sugar canes and Minecraft:pumpkin patches cannot generate here.

Template:IN, cherry groves are cold and allow Minecraft:snowfall above Y=200±8, however, this never occurs on natural terrain.

Passive mobs that spawn here are limited to Minecraft:pigs, Minecraft:sheep, and Minecraft:rabbits.
