Minecraft:Diamond Helmet

From SAS Gaming Wiki

Template:Infobox item A diamond helmet is a variant of Minecraft:helmet that is crafted from Minecraft:diamonds. It is the second-highest Minecraft:tier of helmet, having higher armor points, armor toughness, durability, and Minecraft:enchantability than Minecraft:turtle shells. It can be upgraded into a Minecraft:netherite helmet using a Minecraft:netherite ingot and Minecraft:netherite upgrade at a Minecraft:smithing table.

Mob loot

Minecraft:Zombies, Minecraft:husks, Minecraft:skeletons, Minecraft:strays, and Minecraft:bogged have a very small chance to spawn wearing diamond armor. There is a 8.5% chance (9.5% with Minecraft:Looting I, 10.5% with Looting II and 11.5% with Looting III) for the mob to drop the helmet they're wearing upon death unless they are spawned from an Minecraft:ominous trial spawner. The dropped helmet is usually badly damaged, and may be Minecraft:enchanted with enchantment levels 5-19.

Armor trimming

It is possible to upgrade armor with trims. This requires a Minecraft:smithing template, a diamond helmet, and an ingot or crystal (Minecraft:iron ingot, Minecraft:copper ingot, Minecraft:gold ingot, Minecraft:netherite ingot, Minecraft:emerald, Minecraft:redstone dust, Minecraft:lapis lazuli, Minecraft:amethyst shard, Minecraft:nether quartz, Minecraft:diamond, or Minecraft:resin brick).

These trims have no effect on the gameplay or strength of the armor. Template:Smithing
