Monsters are attackable entities in RuneScape: Dragonwilds. Each monster has a health bar, and a Dragonwilds:power level depending on the area that the player is in. In addition, there are two types of monsters: campaign and respawnable. Campaign monsters do not respawn, unlike the respawnable variants. For example, certain goblins at the centre of Dragonwilds:Bramblemead Village are considered campaign monsters and will not respawn after their death.
