Queen Kuldra, also known as the Dragon Queen and the God Eater, is an ancient black dragon with five heads. She is the leader of the dragons ruling over the continent of Dragonwilds:Ashenfall, and the current High Queen of the garou.Script error: No such module "References".
History
Creation
Kuldra was created by the Dragonkin Dragonwilds:Lacrussa and Dragonwilds:Avisk with the assistance of the goddess Dragonwilds:LougrimScript error: No such module "References"., using the goddess' blood for their experiments, as well as rune essence. She was the only survivor of the experiment, with other dying before her. Despite Lacrussa being against multiheaded dragons due to insanity kicking in for multiple minds, Kuldra was able to work as one mind unified. Her rage was also controlled, spread across her that allowed her to express other emotions as well, such as curiosity and wit.
Dragon Rebellion
As she grew older, she witnessed her children and other dragons that came before her being enslaved and mistreated by their masters. Enraged by this, she would plot a rebellion against the dragonkin, at first, she was hesitant, but it was Dragonwilds:Velgar who convinced her, and was the first to join her cause. When the rebellion started, Lacrussa was slain, along with Dragonwilds:Brakka, who Kuldra stole powers from for herself and shared it with Velgar, her most trusted ally,Script error: No such module "References". granting him his elemental mastery of earth.Script error: No such module "References". In a battle that fractured the continent itselfScript error: No such module "References"., Kuldra fought and killed Lougrim, devouring her body and taking her title of High Queen of the garou. Having freed her fellow dragons, she sent them out across the continent to wipe out other settlements, other than the garou and Goblins.
Sometime during these events, Kuldra caught wind of Dragonwilds:Imaru's and Dragonwilds:Xikotal's mercy towards the human settlements in Dragonwilds:Fellhollow, and as a result, she decided to confront the duo herself. As Kuldra descended on the region, nobles within the region would, would arm themselves in Steel equipmentScript error: No such module "References". to assist Xikotal and Imaru, in hope to defend their new home and bring an end to the Dragon Queen. Despite the help and numbers, they failed to bring Kuldra down. With Kuldra's strength and power seemingly unmatched, she would pulled Xikotal's heart from his chest and devoured itScript error: No such module "References".. She would then leave Imaru to grieve, as punishment for disobeying her.Script error: No such module "References".Script error: No such module "References". However, Imaru would challenge Kuldra a second time, after being infused by a curseScript error: No such module "References". placed by Dragonwilds:Ravanna.Script error: No such module "References".Script error: No such module "References". However, this was not enough to even stand a chance against Kuldra, who killed her quite easily.Script error: No such module "References". Despite Imaru's action Kuldra had left the humans of Fellhollow alone, their fate met by the resurrected corpse of Imaru some time later.
With Ashenfell settlement destroyed, minus the garou and Dragonwilds:goblins, Kuldra now rules the continent with her dragons.
Sixth Age
During the 13th Year of the Dragonwilds:Sixth Age, while ruling unchallenged, an expedition had made its way to Ashenfall, her generals had attacked the expedition in her name.

Trivia
- Her appearance from the concept art, banner image and the animated trailer for Fellhollow shows some resemblance to Tiamat, the goddess of greed and queen of evil dragons.
- Within the lore of RuneScape, another dragon is known to exists with the title of Queen; the Queen Black Dragon, being the first dragon ever created.
- Like the Queen Black Dragon, Kuldra also had children, who were experimented on or enslaved by the Dragonkin.
- Kuldra is amongst the few known dragons with multiple heads in the RuneScape franchise, with the others being the King Black Dragon and Verak Lith.
- There previously was another three-headed dragon in RuneScape, but it was removed along with the tutorial it appeared in.
- Royal dragons are three headed dragons from the Player-owned farm, which are a shiny breed of dragons.
- Just like the King Black Dragon and Verak Lith, Kuldra's central head is that of a black dragon.
